You send a spec or a BOM. We quote. We do not sell consumer gadgets off a catalogue, and we do not sell gray-market Tier-1 brands as INNOX stock.

China source → INNOX as importer of record → DAP/DDP or FOB Hong Kong as quoted.

Commercial invoice, packing list, serial manifest, origin, genuine-goods declaration where the line requires it.

RMA
Serial-matched, under INNOX, on the terms of the quotation.

Markets we work
ASEAN first: Singapore hub, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines. India and UAE on RFQ. We do not offer China-origin enterprise SSD into the United States until counsel clears duty and origin.
What we will not do
- Exclusive territory, Net-60, or consignment on a first order
- Consumer NAND sold as datacentre SSD
- Gray-market Tier-1 brands presented as authorised INNOX stock
- Public list prices
- Revenue-share or equity in exchange for hardware
