Principal, not a broker.
INNOX HONG KONG LIMITED is the seller of record. We source in mainland China, import as principal, and deliver on named Incoterms. Warranty and serial tracking sit with us — not with a factory WeChat alias.
Steps
1. RFQ
Family (IoT category or storage line), spec or BOM, quantity, destination, Incoterm preference, end-use. Storage: name the host. IoT: name the radio and install. Complete RFQs get a reply within four business hours, Hong Kong time. Software strategy calls remain one business day — do not mix the two SLAs on this page.
2. Quote
Invitation to treat. Validity typically 7 calendar days, subject to stock and FX. Not a contract until INNOX confirms in writing after PO and, where required, end-use declaration.
3. Sample (optional)
14-day evaluation where the line allows it. Enterprise SSD lead SKU has a published sample policy. IoT samples are issued only when MOQ and partner stock allow a golden unit. Title stays with INNOX until PO or invoice.
4. Commercial
Proforma from INNOX HONG KONG LIMITED. USD or HKD. T/T on new accounts. NCNR on allocated enterprise SSD as stated on the PI.
5. Movement
China factory → INNOX import of record (Hong Kong) → outbound DAP/DDP or FOB Hong Kong as quoted. Goods are not of Hong Kong origin merely because they are invoiced or delivered in Hong Kong.
6. Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, serial manifest, origin declaration, genuine-goods declaration where the line requires it. Customer-facing packs never include partner cost or INNOX markup.
7. RMA
Serial-matched. Terms on the quotation. Sample policy is not volume warranty.
