  • End-use and end-user must be stated on hardware RFQs.
  • Sanctions and restricted-party screening apply.
  • Encryption / SED disclosure on storage where relevant.
  • Radio and safety listing (e.g. IMDA, SIRIM, BIS) are the buyer’s confirmation unless INNOX agrees in writing to supply a listed SKU.
  • China-origin enterprise SSD is not offered into the United States until counsel clears duty and origin.
  • Buyer confirms host whitelist for storage and project specification for safety/video devices.
  • INNOX may refuse any RFQ.
