Terms of supply (hardware)

  • Seller: INNOX HONG KONG LIMITED.
  • Website content and RFQ replies are invitations to treat, not offers.
  • Contract forms when INNOX confirms in writing after PO (and EUC / NCNR when those terms apply).
  • Incoterms 2020; named place mandatory.
  • Origin follows manufacture; a Hong Kong invoice does not make Hong Kong origin.
  • Payment: T/T to the letterhead beneficiary only — never factory, WeChat, or personal account.
  • NCNR on allocated enterprise SSD when the PI says so.
  • Governing law: Hong Kong SAR; CISG excluded.
  • Customer-facing documents will not contain INNOX or partner costing.
